Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 0–2 business days of payment clearing.
- Courier transit is 3–5 business days to all South African provinces.
- Flat R79 delivery nationwide for parcels under 10kg. One ThermoLunch is well under.
- We deliver to street addresses only — no PO boxes. Business addresses are usually faster.
- You get a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is collected.
- Outlying areas may add 1–2 days; we'll tell you if that applies to your address.
Returns & refunds
- 7-day window. Tell us within 7 days of delivery if you want to return an item.
- Change of mind. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all cables. A 15% restocking fee applies and return courier is for your account.
- Defective on arrival or faulty in use. We arrange collection at our cost and send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
- Warranty. 12 months against manufacturing defects.
- Refund timing. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of the unit arriving back with us.
How to start a return
- WhatsApp or email us with your order number and what went wrong.
- We send you a return waybill and collection details.
- Pack the unit with all accessories and hand it to the courier.
- We inspect on arrival and process the replacement or refund.
