How long does it take to heat my food?

Most meals are steaming hot in 20–30 minutes. Fridge-cold leftovers take closer to 35 minutes. The PTC heating plate warms evenly, so you don't get a scalding edge and a cold middle like a microwave.

Can it run off a car charger?

Yes. The ThermoLunch is dual AC/DC. Use the wall plug at home or the office, or the 12V car lead in your bakkie, taxi, truck or car. Both cables are in the box.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — 12 months against manufacturing defects. If the unit fails through normal use we replace it or refund you, and we cover the return courier.

Nationwide across South Africa — all major metros and outlying towns. Flat R79 courier fee for parcels under 10kg. Street addresses only, no PO boxes.

How does the return process work?

Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery. We send you a return waybill. Change-of-mind returns carry a 15% restocking fee and the item must be unused in its original packaging. Defective items are replaced or refunded in full.

Can I use it without electricity?

It needs power to heat, but the insulated body keeps food warm for a while after unplugging — so you can heat before you leave and eat later.

Is it easy to clean?

The inner containers lift straight out and are hand-wash friendly. Never submerge the heated base — wipe it with a damp cloth.
